☕ My Coffee Journey

Not just coffee… more like a small ongoing experiment.

I like a good cup of coffee — the kind that makes you pause for a second and think “yeah, this one’s worth it.”

This page is where I keep track of the ones that stand out. The good ones, the surprising ones… and maybe the occasional “what was I thinking” moment.

The first post is a fact.

Collecting more moments from now on!

Keep on brewing.

Flat white

Aah, it had been a while since I last stopped by Way — one of the coffee spots where I spent quite a bit of time last year while waiting around in Ghent.

It’s the kind of place that works both inside and outside: good coffee, a calm atmosphere, and honestly a pretty nice spot to sit down with a book for a while.

But let’s talk about the coffee.

This time I went for a Flat White, one of my personal favorites. A double espresso combined with a smooth layer of microfoam milk — strong enough to properly wake you up, but still soft enough to just enjoy slowly.

Definitely one of those coffees that gives the right kind of start to the day.

And Way? Still absolutely worth stopping by when you’re in Ghent.

Quote of the day: Dum spiro spero.

Espresso Tonic

The first one to add, not pure coffee but still, first time trying this espresso tonic. Nice combo of the better tastes together. Definitely will do some experimenting with at home.
